Thanks to all who made the 35th annual Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) Decorators’ Show House, “Symphonic Suites,” at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor, Baltimore a huge success. In just over 3 weeks, more than 7,000 people viewed with amazement the beautifully designed vestibule, foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room and patio spaces of two of the luxury residences. The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance was formed to strengthen Baltimore by involving organizations, institutions, non-profits, and artists with one another. Formed in 2001, the alliance nurtures Baltimore’s arts and culture sectors by acting as a center-point for cohesion. RXR Realty LLC, developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, recently partnered with Maryland Art Place (MAP) to pay tribute to Grace Hartigan, a celebrated abstract expressionist painter and long-time Baltimore resident. Ms. Hartigan was director of the Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute of Art (MICA) from its inception in 1965 until her death in 2008. Last night’s Luxury by STYLE event with Vasarri, Smyth Jewelers and RXR Realty (developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences) was a huge success. More than 150 people enjoyed the fabulous Vasarri fashion show featuring Teri Jon’s latest creations. The beautiful models were styled by Chas Spa & Salon located at The Ritz-Carlton Residences. Attendees brought their gently worn clothing and donated it to the House of Ruth – Ruth’s Closet. It was a great night of STYLE, sponsored by STYLE Magazine.
